Payment through PayZone PayPal are to be made prior to dispatch of orders. PayZone is through Barclays Bank and if through Paypal you do not need to be registered with them as you can pay by card through Paypal on checkout.
Please note that we cut and package biltong throughout the week and generally can dispatch your order same or next day. This may mean waiting a couple of days if the product is not currently in stock. We will advise you either way.
UK MAINLAND – Delivery charges are a flat rate £4.80 per order. FREE delivery on all orders of £60 or more. For International, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands delivery charges please contact us for prices.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class (occasionally 1st class) post for all dry “biltong product” parcels below 2kg’s. All parcels 2kg’s and over will be sent by APC Courier Company for next day delivery. If this is inconvenient we could split parcels and send by Royal Mail if required but may require an excess payment.
All courier deliveries are to British mainland addresses only but may include some Scottish Highlands addresses if we can find a suitably priced courier service.
Deliveries of our frozen Boerewors products are all sent by APC Courier Company to British mainland addresses only – Monday to Thursday. For Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands delivery charges please contact us for prices.
Please note that certain parts of the British Isles, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland take an extra couple of days and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that ‘Wet’ or ‘Frozen’ products may under certain circumstances be sent outside UK Mainland but generally can’t be sent out. .
Dispatch is normally same day if ordered by 12 Noon (if at all possible) or within a couple of days. If you are not available to receive courier deliveries please let us know any special leave safe instructions or please contact us to arrange for a specific day for delivery wherever possible. Charges incurred for re-delivery or re-direction or spoilage resulting from delayed delivery will be charged to you.
We do everything possible to make your shopping with us a positive and pleasant experience. Your order is packed with great care so that you receive it in perfect condition. If you are not home to receive a postal delivery, it may have to be collected from the local post office. We cannot be held responsible for any spoilage which may occur in this instance.
Any amendment to delivery instructions will only be accepted before the goods are dispatched. We advise that if you are frequently out, you give a delivery address where somebody will be home, or your work or neighbours address or a leave safe instruction.
We reserve the right to amend our advertised prices without prior notification both for products and delivery costs.
All complaints will be dealt with on merit and are to be made by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of your order, giving full details of condition of goods and packaging. Claims and complaints made after this period may not be entertained.
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us on 07833 490 299 or email us email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. We undertake to respond within 24 hours to your complaint and to replace any faulty product within a reasonable time frame dependant on stock availability etc.

Parcel packing is done meticulously to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible condition. It is then mailed or sent to you by courier which is where our delivery responsibility ends.

Our guarantee to you is that all of the products that you buy from us are of the highest quality! If ever you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the product we will replace the product concerned without question! If you decide that you don’t wish to keep your purchase for some other reason then our 7-day refund guarantee applies. Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and vac-pack bags intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However, If we have to pay for return postage this will be subtracted from the refund. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty. You have the right to cancel within seven days of the receipt of the goods. If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. You will be reimbursed for the cost of postage on Returning parcels. We will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the replacement package. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
For obvious reasons fresh / frozen / perishable products may not be returned.
